To obtain help in solving computer problems, first email helpdesk@pa.msu.edu or create a Helpdesk Case via the web. For computer emergencies, please use one of these ways to contact computer staff:

1. Send email to one of the addresses below. This is the preferred way to request assistance, since the Helpdesk coodinator can route the case to the appropriate staff person.
2. Phone the Helpdesk at (517)355-9200 x2560
3. Visit the Helpdesk in room 1209 of the Physics-Astronomy Building.

When submitting Email to one of these lists, please provide as COMPLETE INFORMATION as possible about the nature and circumstances of the problem.
